Leslie’s knowledge and commitment to being a champion for better health & healthier eating is reflected in the menu items Bon Appetit serves every day. She can explain how the campus community can benefit from enjoyable, flavorful additions to make their everyday meals health-focused. Farmstead Café recently rolled out a new plant-forward menu, aligning with Leslie’s concepts.
