On Thursday, March 23rd 4 am – 7 am facilities will be replacing and testing components associated with the 4th floor ABSL3 suites. During this time NO work shall take place in any BSL3 suite.

CSRB North Tower Addition-Elevator Service Interruption 3/24/2023
CSRB-NTA, elevators #1 & #2 will be intermittently out of service from 8am to 12pm, for fire recall testing of both elevators. During this time the PED’s elevators or CSRB elevators can be used as an alternate route.

On Wednesday, March 22nd 4-7 am to perform preventative maintenance facilities technician will be shutting down the exhaust systems serving the ABSL3/BSL3 labs throughout the building. NO work shall take place in ABSL3/BSL3 suite 7301,7303,7230, and 8201.
CSRB North Tower Addition-Elevator Service Interruption 3/20/2023-7/17/2023
Elevator # 5 (Dirty Elevator) will be out of service for 16 weeks due to a complete remodel of the elevator.
McDonnell Pediatric Research Building-EDS Service Interruption for MPRB 7230 BSL3 suite and 8201C-BSL3 3/20/2023-3/29/2023
During March 20th 7 am – March 29th 7 am the effluent decontamination system (EDS) serving the MPRB 7230 BSL3 suite and 8201C-BSL3 lab will be out of service to accommodate the annual preventative maintenance and calibration of this system. Research work may continue in the 7230 BSL3 suite and 8201C-BSL3 lab during this outage.
Mallinckrodt Institute Radiology-Air Handling Unit Service Interruption 3/27/2023-4/2/2023
Contractors will be making multiple repairs to the air handler that feeds floors 1 through 7. These repairs will be performed March 27-April 2nd during the hours of 8:00 pm to 6 am each night. Floors 1-7 will experience loss of airflow and may see slightly warmer than normal temperatures during the evenings noted above.
