On Friday, June 6th, from 5 to 7 am, facilities technicians will test the HVAC system on floors 7 to 11. During this time, occupants may experience a brief reduction in supply and exhaust airflow.
Southwest Tower-Steam Service Interruption 6/7/2025
This will be a total building steam outage for BJC maintenance to work on the steam system. The outage will be in effect from June 7th at 5:00 am to June 7th at 11:00 am. During the listed time, this outage will affect the operation of Autoclaves, Glassware washers, and building heat throughout the building.
CSRB North Tower Addition-Elevator Service Interruption 5/29/2025
The NTA elevator #5 will be taken out of service, as needed, between 7 am and 3:30 pm on Thursday, May 29. This will allow contractors to install new fire alarm devices in the elevator machine room and on top of the elevator hoist ways.
McDonnell Pediatric Research Building-7230 BSL-3 Suite Service Interruption 5/28-6/11/2025
