on Tuesday, June 11th 7 am – 3:30 pm Elevator #15 will be taken out of service to allow contractor to replace flooring in the elevator cab. The elevator will be returned to service as soon as the work is complete.

CSRB North Tower Addition-Air Handling Unit Service Interruption 6/21/2024
On Friday, June 21st 4:30-6:00 am facilities technicians will be performing preventative maintenance on the HVAC systems serving the 4th and 5th floors of the building. During this time NO work shall be conducted in any BSL3 lab on the 4th floor.

On Tuesday, June 11th 9 am – 3 pm City inspectors will be testing the mechanical system of the fire alarm, dampers and AHU on floors 7 thru 11 of the new expansion. There will be no audibles or strobes during this test.

Renard fifth-floor window repair
Fixture Contracting will repair the broken window on Renard’s 5th floor in the afternoon on Friday, June 7th. To complete this repair, which will take a couple of hours, they will require a lift in the Renard dock area by the dumpster. The location of the lift should not impact deliveries.
