On Thursday, October 10 6:30-8:30 am facilities technician will be troubleshooting and repairing a door issue inside the B120 suite. During this time NO work shall take place with the B120 BSL3 suite.

Elevator #2 will be removed from service on Friday, October 24 at 6 am, to replace the flooring. It will be returned to service on Monday, October 28 7 am.

Elevator #1 will be removed from service on Friday, October 18, 6 am to replace the flooring. It will be returned to service on Monday, October 21 7 am.

On Wednesday, October 9th 1:30-4:30 pm maintenance work will be completed on the humidifier of the terminal equipment serving the NTA 434/445 suite. Although facilities does not expect any impact to the performance of the BSL3 lab as a precaution NO work shall take place in the 434/445 lab suite during the above noted times.

We will be conducting a fire alarm system pre-test and a full test in support of the 10th floor fit out. Areas that will be affected are levels 9, 10 and 11 and stairwells. On October 9th from 4 am to 7 am Air handling units 1 and 2 will be down for scheduled cleaning in the Biotechnology Center. In this time there will be limited to no air flow, heating, or cooling to the building.
