On Wednesday, April 12th from 5 pm to 9 pm there will be an electrical outage for the 1234 Kingshighway building. This is to add electrical equipment for the BJC Pharmacy. This will affect all electrical systems in the BJC Pharmacy area only in the specified time frame.

The room pressure monitor serving the 8201-Entry room has failed and needs to be replaced. No work may occur in the 8201 BSL3 suite during this outage. UPDATE: The room pressure monitor has been replaced and all systems associated with the 8201 suite are operating normally. Work may resume in the 8201 suite.
Renard Hospital-Chilled Water Service Interruption 4/5/2023
On Wednesday, April 5th 12-6 am contractors will be working on the chilled water system for the 6th and 7th-floor project. No chilled water will be available during the above-noted dates and times. The entire building may experience warmer-than-normal temperatures during this timeframe.
McDonnell Medical Sciences Building-Air Handling Service Interruption 4/1/2023
On Saturday, April 1st from 4 am to 2 pm in the McDonnell Sciences building Air handling Unit three will be off for outside air damper repairs. This will affect supply air flow and temperatures for the 1st – 3rd floors in this time frame.
Completed-McDonnell Pediatric Research Building-Exhaust Fan Service Interruption 3/27/2023
On Monday, March 27th 1-4 pm facilities will be making repairs to the exhaust system serving BSL3 lab 7230. During this time NO work shall take place inside the BSL3 lab suite. At approximately 2:15 all systems returned to normal. Work may resume inside the suite.
Renard Hospital-Domestic Cold Water 3/28/2023
On Tuesday, March 28th 2-6 am, contractors will work on the domestic cold and hot water systems for the 6th and 7th-floor projects. No domestic hot or cold water will be available. This outage will affect all restrooms throughout the entire building.
Outage Complete-CSRB North Tower Addition-451/461 Procedure Room Service Interruption 3/23/2023
On March 23rd 7 am-10 am, an actuator needs to be replaced on the bubble-tight damper serving 451-Procedure Room. NO work may take place in the 451/461 suite during this outage. UPDATE: Work is complete and systems have resumed normal operation. Work may resume in the 451/461 suite.
