On Thursday, March 28th 4 am- Friday, March 29th 7 am facilities technicians will be performing preventative maintenance task on the HVAC systems serving the lower level vivarium. During this time NO work shall take place in the BSL3 lab suite B120.

On Thursday, March 14th 10-10:30 am access control will be performing work on the door locks inside BSL3 lab 1103. During this time NO work shall take place in the lab.

The NTA elevators will be taken out of service, one at a time as needed, between 7 am and 4 pm on March 28th. This will allow contractors to install new fire alarm devices in the elevator pits and basement as part of the fire alarm upgrade project.

Elevator #143 will be taken out of service on Thursday, March 14th, at 8 am so contractors can replace one of the laminate panels in the cab. The elevator will be returned to service as soon as the work is complete.

In order to perform preventative maintenance on the HVAC systems serving the BSL3 labs throughout the building facilities will be conducting three outage on the below dates and times. On Friday, March 15th 6-9:30 am OFMD will be completing maintenance on the control systems serving the 432/442 and 451/461 ABSL3 suites. No work may occur in the 432/442 and 451/461 ABSL3 suites during this outage.

On Friday, March 15th 4-7 am contractors will be repairing the door frame for lab B125 inside of BSL3 suite B120. During this time NO work shall take place in the B120 suite. Occupants in the area should expect to hear construction noise and see contractors while the work is being completed.
