Elevator #15 will be taken out of service, starting at 7 am on Monday, October 9th, so that KONE can replace the ropes. Once the work is complete elevator #15 will be returned to service.

Northwest Tower-Electric Service Interruption 10/5/2023
BJC Facilities will be changing out a medium voltage breaker on October 5th 4 am – 5am. This will affect the normal power in the building, emergency power will be available after a short blip when the generator starts.
McMillan Hospital-BSL3 Lab 1103 Service Interruption 10/2/2023
In order to make wall repairs BSL3 Lab 1103 will be out of service on Monday, October 2nd 6 am – 2 pm. During this time NO work shall take place in the lab.
Clinical Sciences Research Building-Air Handling Unit 10/19/2023
On Sunday, October 19th 12 am – 6 am Facilities will be working on the air handler that serves the north side of the fourth floor. The supply air will be turned off during this time. Temperatures and airflow may vary during this outage. Fume hoods will not be affected during this time.
West Building-Domestic Cold Water Service Interruption 9/27/2023
On Wednesday, September 27th 5 am – 7 am Facilities will be turning off the domestic cold water in order to make necessary repairs to the system. All restrooms, labs, glass wash stations, and the vacuum system will not have domestic cold water during this time.

CANCELED-Neuroscience Research Building-Fire Alarm Service Interruption 9/27/2023
On September 27th 9-11 am contractors/Facilities will be testing the Audio/Visuals for the fire alarm system in the Neuroscience Research Building (NRB) on the 3rd floor during this time. During this time, you will hear messages and see strobes throughout the building. Occupants do not need to leave the building during this test.
McDonnell Pediatric Research Building-Air Handling Unit 10/6/2023
On October 6th from 5 am to 7 am Air handler 5 will be off in the McDonnell Pediatric Research Building for upgrades to the fire alarm system. In this time there will be limited to no airflow and heating/cooling to Farmstead Café only.
