Facilities will be shutting down all exhaust fans during this outage to facilitate the contractor in running a new electrical circuit. All fume hoods and building exhaust will be affected. During this time there should be no work performed within all fume hoods. Thank you for your patience.

Elevator 103 will be out of service on Sunday, December 21st, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM for preventive maintenance. The elevator will be back in service at noon.

Elevator 102 will be out of service on Sunday, December 7th, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM for preventive maintenance. It will be back in service at noon.

On Saturday, November 29, 7 a.m.-2:30 p.m., Elevators 11 and 12 will be out of service for repairs. Once the repairs are complete, both elevators will be returned to service. Elevators 8, 9, and 10 will remain in service and should be used instead.

On Wednesday, November 26, 4-8 a.m. Facilities technicians will perform preventive maintenance on the HVAC systems serving BSL3 Laboratory 562. During this maintenance window, NO work may be conducted inside the lab. Please ensure all activities are suspended, and the space is vacated before the start of the outage.

On Wednesday, November 26th from 4 am to 8 am Facilities will be shutting down Air Handler 7 to repair a heating valve to the unit. There will be no airflow, heating, or cooling to the entire floor. Thank you for your patience during this time.

From Friday, November 21, 6 p.m. to Saturday, November 22nd, 4 a.m. The facilities plumbing department will be making repairs to the domestic hot and cold water and the steam system. This will affect all bathrooms, sinks, vacuum systems, and autoclaves.
