Synopsis:  A WUSM employee reported her badge holder containing her WUSM ID badge, credit card and other miscellaneous items was missing. She last used her badge on 1/7/2022. She was alerted to the missing items on 1/8/2022 when her bank called to inform her that her credit card was being used fraudulently. The employee believed it is unlikely the property was stolen and instead may have fallen out of her pocket somewhere along her route home. CCTV footage revealed a possible subject using the credit card on campus on 1/8/2022. Protective Services in investigating.

Synopsis:  A WUSM employee reported a laptop was missing from a locked room. The laptop was last used on 3/1/2022, and an employee noticed it missing the next morning. The report was delayed while the employees searched the office for it. Protective Services is investigating.

Location: Clinical Sciences Research Building (CSRB) Dock
Synopsis:  A WUSM employee reported an electric cart was missing from the CSRB dock. The cart was left for repair in January 2023. The cart was repaired and placed near the CSRB dock. Sometime in February 2023, the cart was removed from the CSRB dock. The employee who fixed the cart assumed the owner had picked it up after the repair was complete. The owner of the cart had not picked it up. Protective Services is investigating.

Synopsis:   A WUSM employee reported $55 was missing from petty cash. It was missing since May 8th. There were previous issues with money missing from petty cash that was attributed to clerical error. Protective Services is investigating.

Synopsis:  An employee reported she lost her wallet the day before after using it on the first floor of the MPRB. She believed she may have accidentally left it near the stairs in the main lobby after she got something from the vending machine. She attempted to look for it the next day but it was gone. A review of CCTV showed another employee picked up the wallet shortly after it was left near the stairs. Protective Services is investigating.

Synopsis: An employee reported a missing computer monitor and computer mouse. The items were noticed missing about three weeks prior. The items were believed to be misplaced, but since they had not been located, a report was made to Protective Services.
