On Wednesday, June 26th 9:30 am the Women’s ADA restroom will be closed for roughly two years to provide a temporary lactation room. Please use the Men’s ADA restroom starting June 26th. The Men’s restroom sign will be changed to unisex soon. Thank you for your understanding

On Wednesday, June 26th 3 am – 3pm contractors will be making necessary repairs to the steam system. Facilities will turn off the steam serving the entire building. Facilities will monitor and make adjustments to control building temperatures. Some areas may experience cooler-than-normal temperatures during this time.

Facilities will be testing the new fire alarm system in East Bldg. and in East Imaging. During the test elevators # 47, #48, and #49 will be individually taken out of service for a brief period of time. While one elevator is down, the other elevators will still be in service.

On Wednesday, June 26th 5-7 pm Facilities will turn off the exhaust fan that serves the fume hoods on floors 6, 7, and 8. No work should occur in these fume hoods during this time.

On Saturday, June 29th 6 am – 2 pm Facilities will turn off the exhaust fan that serves the fume hoods on the north side of the 9th floor. No work should occur in these hoods during this time.

Elevator 102 will be out of service on Sunday, July 14th, at 8 am for 4 hours to perform preventive maintenance. The elevator will be back in service at noon.

On Saturday, June 22nd 7 am – 3 pm contractors will turn off the exhaust fan that serves the fume hoods on the North side of the 6th floor. No work should be performed in the fume hoods during this outage. The supply air will remain on to maintain temperatures during this outage.
