On Tuesday, January 9th, 5-7 am, WUSM Facilities Technicians will be testing the Audio/Visuals for the fire system during this time. During this time you will hear messages and see strobes throughout the buildings listed. Occupants do not need to leave the building during this test.

On Thursday, January 11th, 5-7 am, contractors will test the exhaust system that serves labs on floors 7 through 11. Work should only be performed in fume hoods on floors 7 through 11 during this time.

On Wednesday, January 10th 5-7 am contractors will test the exhaust system that serves labs on floors 7 through 11. No work should be performed in any fume hoods on floors 7 through 11 during this time.

On Thursday, January 11th 5-7 am contractors will test the exhaust system that serves labs on floors 7 through 11. No work should be performed in any fume hoods on floors 7 through 11 during this time.

On Tuesday, December 19th 12 am – 2 pm Facilities technician will be making repairs to the sink inside lab 428. Occupants will not have access to the sink while repairs are being made.

On Thursday, January 4th, from 9-11 am, Facilities will be testing the audio/visuals for the fire alarm system in the Central Institute Research building. During this time, you will hear horns and see strobes throughout the entire building; occupants do not need to leave the building during this test.

On Thursday, December 21st 2-10 am Facilities will be assisting contractors with draining the heating hot water for the 7th floor. The temperature for the air handler supply will be raised to provide heat to the entire floor. The entire floor may experience cooler-than-normal temperatures during this time.

Elevator 102 will be out of service on Sunday, January 7, at 8 am for 4 hours to perform preventive maintenance. The elevator will be back in service at noon.

Elevator 103 will be out of service on Sunday, January 21, at 8 am for 4 hours to perform preventive maintenance. The elevator will be back in service at noon.
