On Tuesday, October 31st the elevators in PEDs will be taken out of service to make programming changes to the new fire alarm system. Once the changes are complete, the elevators will be returned to service. During this outage the passenger elevators in NTA will be available to use.

Taylor Avenue Building-Air Handling Unit Service Interruption 10/26-11/10/2023
From October 26th at 12 pm to November 10th to 4:30 pm roof top unit # 3 on the Taylor Avenue building will be off due to mechanical failure. In these times there will be 50% air flow and heating and cooling to the second floor of the Taylor Avenue Building.

The curtain on dock door number 5 at BJC/IOH receiving was irreparably damaged and was boarded up in order to maintain building security. Until further notice, this bay will not be available for use. We are working to procure and install a new curtain and hope to have the door up and running soon.
McDonnell Pediatric Research Building-BSL3 suite 7230 Service Interruption 10/26/2023
At this time BSL3 suite 7230 is stuck in its recovery mode after preventative maintenance work was completed overnight. Facilities technicians are working to solve the problem. During this outage NO work shall be conducted in the lab. This message will be updated as information becomes available.

In order for a door technician to troubleshoot and repair a door issue in B125, BSL3 suite B120 will be out of service on Friday, October 27th 7 – 9 am. During this time NO work shall take place in BSL3 suite B120.
