On Thursday, July 27th from 5 am to 7 am there will be a gas outage to the 4533 Clayton Ave. building and East Building for maintenance on the gas meter. In these times there will be limited to no gas for building heat, domestic heating hot water, and Bunsen burners.

On Tuesday, July 25th from 5 am to 7 am there will be a gas outage to the Taylor Avenue building and 620 S. Taylor building for maintenance on the gas meter. In these times there will be limited to no gas for building heat, domestic heating hot water, and Bunsen burners.

Contractors will be working on the air handler unit that serves floors 5, 6, and 7. The air handler will be off from Friday, July 28th 5 pm until Sunday, July 30th 10 am. All three floors will experience warmer-than-normal temperatures during the above-noted dates and times.

On July 26th 6 am – July 28th 4 pm, the Men’s and Women’s restrooms located on the first floor of Barnard Hospital will be closed for preventative maintenance and repairs to the automatic door operators. Men’s restroom 6007 will be closed for ceiling repairs July 20th-24th. Please use men’s restrooms on the 5th floor or on the 6th floor during this time. We thank you for your understanding during this ceiling repair.

Elevator 103 will be out of service on Sunday, August 20, at 8 am for 4 hours to perform preventive maintenance. The elevator will be back in service at noon.

Starting on July 24th at 9 pm facilities will be cleaning supply air duct work on the 3rd floor. Contractors will start at 9 pm each night and be completed by 7 am each morning during week days until approximently August 18th. On Wednesday, July 12th the fire alarm technicians will be completing work on the fire alarm system that serves CSRB North Tower Addition and McDonnell Pediatric Research Building (MPRB). As a precautionary measure, no work may occur in the NTA 4th floor ABSL3 suites and MPRB BSL3 suites.

On Wednesday, July 26th between 6 am and 7 am, there will be two temporary power interruptions to the emergency powered systems in the Clayton Garage in order to test the newly installed emergency generator.
