To make repairs, no domestic hot water will be available to the building on June 10th 12 am-June 11th 4 pm. This will affect all restrooms, sinks, showers, and any system using domestic hot water. A follow-up notification will be issued when all repairs have been completed and the system is back to normal operation.

On Friday, June 16th 4 pm – Saturday, June 17th 4 pm Facilities will be working on the steam system that feeds steam to the entire building. No steam will be available to all autoclaves. Hot water throughout the building will be cooler than normal during this time.

Elevator 102 will be out of service on Sunday, June 4, at 8 am for 4 hours to perform preventive maintenance. The elevator will be back on service at noon.

Elevator 103 will be out of service on Sunday, June 18, at 8 am for 4 hours to perform preventive maintenance. The elevator will be back in service at noon.

A contractor will be cleaning a portion (the large vertical riser) of the supply air ductwork served by the laboratory supply air unit, AHU-2. On Wednesday, June 1st 6 am- Friday, June 2nd 6 pm the 2nd floor Men’s Restroom (2046) will be closed for wall/ceiling repairs related to previous water damages.

On Monday, June 5th 4-7 am Facilities will be working on the system that supplies lab air to labs located on floors 7 through 11 as well as the lower level vivarium. No lab air will be available during this time.

Facilities will be working on the vacuum system that feeds labs 11203 through 11207. These labs will not have vacuum on May 26th 5-9 am.

On May 16th at 7am there was a failure to the Lab Air system for the Biotechnology center. We are working on getting the system repaired. At this time there will be limited to now lab air to the building.
