On Thursday, March 13th 6-7 am, Johnson Controls will modify the network engine that serves the MPRB-8201 BSL3 suite. Although there is no anticipated impact on HVAC performance, out of abundance of caution, NO work will be permitted in the BSL3 lab during the noted times.

On Thursday, March 13th from 4-6 am Facilities will shut down air handling unit NTAAHU4 and NTAAHU5 serving the 4th floor ABSL3 labs to take measurements needed for an active fan guard project. As a precaution NO work will be allowed within the 4th floor ABSL3 labs during the noted times.

On March 22nd, 6-10 am there will be an electrical outage to assist the electrical contractor working on the 9th floor renovation project. This outage will affect the 9th floor, penthouse, cooling tower, cooling tower heat trace, lighting, Air Handler 16, and Facilities radio service.

On Monday, March 10th, from 2-6 am this outage will affect all hot and cold water to the building. Bathrooms, sinks, and any water-cooled equipment.

To help upgrade the VE air handling units and exhaust systems, facilities will shut down the wet lab units and exhaust on Saturday, March 8th, from 6-10 am. The emergency generator will be offline from 7 am to 3 pm on Saturday, March 8th, for repairs to the generator exhaust.

On Thursday, March 6th, from 4-6 am, facilities will conduct an electrical outage to repair a breaker for the elevators. All elevators will be affected during this outage. Building staff will be on hand for any other associated equipment issues if they arise.

The alleyway from Euclid Ave to Scott Ave will be closed to all pedestrian and vehicular traffic from Monday, March 3rd, at 6 am to Thursday, March 6th, at 6 pm. Please use alternate route(s). This outage is to assist the contractor/crane service in replacing equipment.
