Location: Mallinkrodt Institute of Radiology (MIR) 6th Floor
Synopsis:  A WUSM employee reported suspicious activity in a suite on the 6th floor of the MIR. Upon entering the suite Monday morning, the employee found several framed pictures removed from the walls and thrown in the Shred-It bin. Other items around the office were thrown into trashcans or into the hallways. Nothing was damaged or stolen. Protective Services is investigating.

Location: Clinical Sciences Research Building (CSRB) Bike Corral
Synopsis:  A WUSM employee parked his bike in the CSRB bike corral on 8/3/2023, and secured it with a cable lock. When he returned for his bike on 8/4/2023, it was gone. Protective Services is investigating.

Synopsis:  A WUSM employee parked his bike in the CSRB bike corral on 8/3/2023, and secured it with a cable lock. When he returned for his bike on 8/4/2023, it was gone. Protective Services is investigating.

Location: Mid Campus Center (MCC) Bike Rack
Synopsis:  A BJH employee parked his bicycle at the MCC bike rack, secured with a cable lock, on 8/3/2023. When he returned for it on 8/4/2023, the bike was missing. A review of CCTV footage showed an unidentified person arrived on campus on foot and stole the bicycle. Protective Services is investigating.

Tampering with Motor Vehicle

Location: Euclid Ave. at McKinley Ave.
Synopsis:  Protective Services responded to S. Euclid Ave. and McKinley Ave. for a report of a car alarm sounding. Officers canvassed the area and determined a vehicle on McKinley Ave. and a vehicle parked in front of the Maternity Hospital Building had been broken into. A review of CCTV footage showed an unknown black sedan occupied by at least two unidentified persons were involved in the break-ins. Protective Services is investigating.

Synopsis:  A WUSM employee received a cardigan as a gift on 7/28/2023. She placed it on her desk at approximately 4:30pm. She left her office with the door open and returned about an hour later. The cardigan was gone. Protective Services is investigating.

Leave the Scene of an Accident

Synopsis:  A BJH employee reported parking her vehicle in the Clayton Garage at approximately 6:30am. When she returned at 3:45pm, she noticed damage to the front fender. The responsible party did not leave a note or any other form of communication. Protective Services is investigating.
