Synopsis:  A contractor contacted Protective Services to report he heard glass breaking on the lot of the NRB construction site. He looked outside and saw 4 unknown subjects with a white SUV. They broke the windows out of two vehicles owned by the contractors. The vehicle description was consistent with a vehicle that was also involved in a tampering event documented under Incident No. 2301-00006, as well as tampering events on BJH property. Protective Services and BJH Public Safety are both investigating.
