Synopsis:  BJH Public Safety reported a total of more than 47 vehicles were damaged in tampering events committed by two subjects in a white Acura SUV.  Various items including cash and firearms were stolen from the victims who were parked around the CAB. The SLMPD reported to the scene to take a report. BJH Public Safety and Protective Services are assisting  the SLMPD with their investigation.

Synopsis:  Protective Services officers responded to a report of a suspicious person sleeping in the vestibule of the Bernard Becker Medical Library.  Officers located the subject and identified him as the same subject who had been ejected from Barnes-Jewish Hospital earlier in the night.  The subject was uncooperative and refused to leave.  The subject was issued a trespass warning. The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department responded and removed the subject from campus.

Vehicle Tampering

Location: 718 S. Euclid Surface Lot
Synopsis:  Two vehicles parked on the 718 Surface Lot had a rear window broken out and items inside both vehicles appeared to have been rummaged through.  A review of CCTV footage in the area showed a vehicle occupied by several subjects arrived to the lot.  The occupants of said vehicle unloaded items from the rear of their vehicle and entered both victim vehicles.  They departed approximately five minutes later, leaving behind a pile of items that did not belong to either victim.  One victim reported a pair of sunglasses missing from their vehicle. The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department responded in addition to Protective Services.
