New parkers who wish to sign up for monthly parking in the Clayton Garage, Newstead Garage, or the 1234 S. Kingshighway surface lot may sign up online at the link below or may visit the Facilities Integrated Service Center (FISC) in the Mid Campus Center. You will need your license plate information on hand.

Faculty and staff parking fees will be collected with a payroll deduction. Student parking fees will be billed to student accounts for the entire school year.

Parking is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not prorated. No refunds for parking permits, parking access cards, or WashU Medicine debit cards will be issued. Non-ADA reserved parking is no longer sold on campus, and permits are grandfathered until surrendered.

Any parking cancellations must be received by the third of the month. Please visit the FISC to cancel or email medparking@wustl.edu.

Persons who need an accessible parking permit can verify their eligibility and obtain one at the FISC. Call 314-362-3100, email medparking@wustl.edu, or employeerelations@wustl.edu with any questions.

When signing up for monthly parking, all employees agree to the following terms:

I understand that I am subject to payroll deduction, student account, or direct payment for fees such as registration, parking, and violations/fines duly levied against me or my vehicle, as per the WashU Medicine parking guidelines.

I understand that I am responsible for obtaining a copy of the parking guidelines, and failure to comply with these regulations can result in the revocation of my parking privileges.

If a payment is missed, I remain responsible for the outstanding payment. Failure to pay a missed deduction or payment can result in my parking being classified as revoked and a wheel boot violation issued.

I also authorize WashU Medicine to deduct parking fees until a cancellation form is executed. I understand parking cancellations are due by the third of the month.

I understand parking is not prorated and non-transferable. WashU Medicine sets the parking rates annually and can be found on the parking webpage.

WashU Medicine is not responsible for the contents, safety, care, or protection of any vehicle parked or operated on campus.

WashU Medicine employees and students with paid parking assignments are subject to relocation at the discretion of the Transportation and Parking Office. Relocations may occur to support operational needs, construction projects, or other factors critical to WashU Medicine’s mission. Every effort will be made to provide reasonable notice and minimize disruption.
