On Wednesday, August 21st 9 am – Noon, there will be a test of the Fire Alarm System on the 6th floor there will be audibles and strobes observed throughout the building. THIS ONLY A TEST.

On Monday, August 19th 9 am – Noon there will be a test of the Fire Alarm System for the 9th fl. audibles and strobes will be observed throughout the building. St. Louis city is inspecting the system. THIS IS ONLY A TEST

At approximately 1:45 PM an alarm was discovered in BSL3 lab 451/461. Currently facilities technicians are troubleshooting the cause of the issue and will be enacting solutions to resolve the alarms. During the above noted-time, NO work shall take place in BSL3 Lab 451/461.

On Monday, August 26th 4 am – Noon contractors will be isolating electrical power to areas on floors 7-10. There will be some power available during the outage through receptacles on our backup power circuits. On Wednesday, September 25th 9-Noon there will be a test of the Fire Alarm System. Audibles will be heard and strobes will be visible throughout the garage. THIS IS ONLY A TEST.

On September 17th 9-11 am there will be a test of the Fire Alarm System. Audibles will be heard and strobes will be visible throughout the buildings during the test. THIS IS ONLY A TEST

On Friday, August 9th 9 am – Noon Facilities Technicians will be performing a variety of maintenance task in BSL3 suite 1103. During this time NO work shall be conduct in the suite.

On Tuesday, August 13th 5-7 am there will be a general Fire Alarm test throughout both buildings there will be strobe lights and audible alarms throughout the buildings. THIS IS ONLY A TEST.

On Thursday, August 8th 6-7 am there will be a follow up test of the Fire Alarm System. The area’s that will be affected by this test will be the basement and 1st floors. THIS IS ONLY A TEST.

Elevator #137 was taken out of service for repairs. New parts were ordered and will be replaced as soon as possible. Once repairs are complete, the elevator will be returned to service. Hoist ropes are due to be replaced week of 9/30.
