Please complete this form to register for access to the bicycle storage space located on the ground (G) level of the Neuroscience Research Building (NRB). Note: A bike service station is located in the bicycle storage space with air and tools to fix flat tires as needed.

Users will be given a bike permit sticker to put on their lock or bike. This will be logged internally so we know who the users are. The building manager will also conduct a yearly audit to make sure occupants only have access.
Terms:
• Only occupants of the NRB are permitted to sign up for this facility.
• Bicycles should be locked when not in use. OFMD recommends U-locks for bicycle storage. Although OFMD doesn’t provide bicycle locks, you can purchase them from Protective Services in the Mid Campus Center.
• WashU is not responsible for any missing items.
• OFMD will clean this area quarterly on the last Friday of the quarter and will send reminders to bicycle storage users in advance. OFMD will turn any items left unsecured to Protective Services.
