3/3: Irene Walter Johnson Institute of Rehab (IWJ), Limited Service Interruption – Elevator
Elevators 43 and 44 will be taken out of service at 10 am, one at a time, for a final inspection of the fire service recall with the new F/A system. Both cars will be returned to normal operation by 2:00 pm.
3/1: Fort Labs, Limited Service Interruption – Elevator
Elevator #151 will be taken out of service from 7 am to 3 pm to allow KONE to inspect and clean the shaft equipment at each floor. During this time, elevator 150 will remain in service.
2/26: BJC Institute of Health, Planned Service Interruption – Chilled Water, Other
On 2/26 from 2 am to 7 am, Facilities will isolate and drain the chilled water and hot water heating on the 7th floor at the south end of the building to assist contractors with upgrades to a lab project.
