Contractors will be making multiple repairs to the air handler that feeds floors 1 through 7. These repairs will be performed March 27-April 2nd during the hours of 8:00 pm to 6 am each night. Floors 1-7 will experience loss of airflow and may see slightly warmer than normal temperatures during the evenings noted above.

On Friday, March 17th Custodial Services will be cleaning the floor in lab 7301. During this time NO work shall occur in the 7301 BSL3 suite.

On Saturday, March 18th 7 am-3 pm contractors will be rewiring circuits to accommodate wall removal for cage wash renovations. The basement vivarium loading dock lighting along with the vivarium power door assist and a few receptacles will be interrupted at various times throughout the noted date and times.

Contractors will replace the entire McDonnell Pediatrics Research Building roof during the above-noted dates and times. This work will be performed at different times of the day depending on the weather. Occupants will experience noisier than normal conditions along with some vibration.

This will be the first of two outages. The purpose of this outage is to perform maintenance and testing on the main electrical switchgear that distributes power throughout the EH&S Building. On Friday, March 17th 5-7 am Facilities will be testing the Audio/Visuals for the fire alarm system in 4444 Forest Park Ave. During this time, you will hear messages and see strobes, occupants do not need to leave the building during these tests.

On Wednesday, March 15th 3:30 pm-7:00 pm Facilities will be testing the Audio/Visuals for the fire alarm system in the above buildings. During this time, you will hear messages and see strobes, occupants do not need to leave the building during these tests.

On Monday, March 13th 3:30 pm-7:00 pm Facilities will be testing the Audio/Visuals for the fire alarm system in CSRB. During this time, you will hear messages and see strobes, occupants do not need to leave the building during these tests.

On Monday, March 13th 7 am-10 am Facilities Maintenance will be testing the backflow in East Imaging Center. The backflow affects the water feeding the vacuum system, during this time there will be no vacuum available throughout the center.

Contractors will install two valves and add piping to the domestic cold water system for a new booster pump. No domestic cold water will be available for vivarium cage washes and all floors six through eleven during the above-noted dates and times.
