Starting March 23, Facilities Engineering (FE) will begin collecting data for a GIS Map. This will help FE create an accurate map, inventory, and data collection to improve efficiency, safety, and planning. The project will run through October of 2026. Facilities will shut down steam to the building for repairs to the heating system. On 3/21 from 5 am to 3 pm, technicians will monitor any temperature-critical areas and make adjustments as needed.
3/21-22: West Pavilion, Limited Service Interruption – Air Handling Unit
Facilities will shut down the air handler serving floors 9 and 10 to assist contractors with repairs to the unit. This will occur during the noted times, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., on Saturday and Sunday. Facilities will monitor the affected floor areas and provide supplemental cooling as needed.
