Starting on 8/21 and continuing through 9/30 facilities technicians will be upgrading the HVAC systems serving the B120 BSL3 suite each morning from 5 AM – 7 AM. During these times NO work shall be conducted inside the B120 suite.

9/10: Planned Service Interruption – Clinical Science Research Building, Other
On 9/10, from 7 am to 3:30 pm, facilities, along with contractors, will have a total building sprinkler outage to repair portions of the sprinkler system. During this time, there will be NO HOT WORK PERMITTED IN THE BUILDING, as there will be no sprinkler protection.

To facilitate scheduled preventive maintenance activities, Facilities technicians will be performing a series of planned outages according to the schedule below. 9/1: Limited Service Interruption – McMillan, DI Water
On 9/1, from 2 am to 10 am, Facilities will be shutting down the DI/RO water system serving the building to perform urgent repairs. During this outage, **DI/RO water will not be available**. Any equipment or processes that utilize DI/RO water will be unavailable for the duration of the outage.
9/3: Limited Service Interruption – North and South Building, Elevator, Electric
The elevators will be out of service for emergency generator testing between 5:00 am and 7:00 am on 9/3. During this time, lighting and equipment connected to the emergency power system may briefly lose power when the system transfers.
