On Wednesday, March 27th 5-8 am Facilities will turn off the air handler serving the pedestrian link and administration offices for the south section of the building for maintenance. The pedestrian link along with the administration offices located on floors 3 through 11 will experience loss of airflow and cooler-than-normal temperatures during time.

On Tuesday, March 26th 5-8 am there will be no DI Water available for use on the 10th floor. This will affect all lab sink faucets and any Millipore systems utilizing DI Water.

On Tuesday, April 2nd 6 am – 6 pm Johnson Controls will be replacing the network control engine that serves 431/441 ABSL3 suite. NO work may occur in the 431/441 ABSL3 suite during this outage. Other ABSL3 suites in the 4th floor biohazard area will be available during this outage.

On Thursday, March 21st 4-6 am to perform preventative maintenance task on the HVAC systems serving the 4th and 5th floor facilities technicians will be shutting down supply and exhaust fans serving the areas. On March 21st from 3 am to 7 am there will be a lab air and vacuum outage for the McDonnell Medical Sciences building for the 7th floor construction. There will be limited to no vacuum and lab air to the 7th floor in this time frame.

The Fire Alarm System is currently not functioning in the Clayton Garage. Contractors are currently working on the issue and Protective Services will be conducting a fire watch until the system is back up and running.

On Sunday, April 14th 7-11 am facilities electricians and contractors will be conducting inspection and testing on the transformer that feeds power to the Metro Garage.
