Newstead entrance of Newstead Garage will be closed Wednesday, January 24 from 6 am to noon for a terrace crane
On Wednesday, January 24th from 6 am to noon, there will be a terrace crane that will block the Newstead entrance of the Newstead Garage. On Tuesday, January 23rd 3 am – 2 pm contractors will be working on the heating hot water that serves half of the 11th floor. Some areas on the 11th floor may experience cooler than normal temperatures during this time.
McDonnell Pediatric Research Building-Air Handling Unit Service Interruption 1/30/2024
On Tuesday, January 30th 5-8 am Facilities will turn off the air handler that serves the office spaces on the south side of the building to perform preventive maintenance. The offices on floors 2 through 12 will experience loss of airflow and cooler-than-normal temperatures.

In support of the 7301 BSL3 suite bubble-tight damper replacement project, the 7303 BSL3 suite will be unavailable on Saturday, January 20th 6-6:30 am during this brief outage as a precautionary measure while the 7301 systems are adjusted in preparation to replace the bubble-tight damper serving 7302-BSL3 lab.
