On Thursday, November 6th, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m., Contractors will be replacing the water heater that serves the first floor. No hot water will be available at the restroom sinks on the first floor.
Clinical Sciences Research Building-Exhaust Fan Service Interruption 11/3/2025 10:00 am – 3:30 pm
Facilities is working to address a mechanical failure that has occurred with the fume hoods located on the north end of the 6th floor. The fume hoods will be down, and no work should be performed in them during the above noted times.
Steven & Susan Lipstein BJC Institute of Health-Electric Service Interruption 10/30/2025
At approximately 4:00 a.m., an Ameren UE power blip affected the building’s electrical system. At this time, Facilities Engineering is recovering the electrical systems, and we ask that “No Work” be carried out in the labs. A follow-up message will be sent once all electrical systems are functioning as usual.
