Synopsis: A WUSM employee parked his bike at the Euclid Power Plant bike rack at approximately 7:45am. He secured it to the rack with a cable lock. When returned at 6:00pm, the bike was gone. A review of CCTV footage showed the bike was stolen by a known trespasser just a few minutes prior. Protective Services is investigating.

Synopsis: Protective Services received a call from an unidentified person who reported witnessing someone cut a bike lock and steal a bicycle from the Euclid Power Plant bike rack. The subject who stole the bicycle was gone before Protective Services officers arrived. A review of CCTV footage revealed the subject to be a known bike thief on campus. Synopsis: An unaffiliated pedestrian approached a Protective Services vehicle, occupied by two officers, and unprovoked struck the driver’s side mirror in an aggressive manner. He was verbally combative and aggressive with officers. Officers were able to calm the subject and determined he had been previously warned against trespass by BJH Public Safety. Officers issued another warning against future trespass and escorted him from campus.
