The Facilities Integrated Service Center (FISC) is the central point of contact and processing for facility work orders at the School of Medicine. The center serves as a liaison between campus customers, services providers, emergency responders, and business managers. They offer a variety of business services, including new employee badges, parking and Metro cards (U-Passes).
The FISC is a one-stop place to go for any facilities-related needs, such as:
- Badging & Access Control (Including Keys)
- Parking & Transportation
- Environmental Services requests
- Engineering services
- Grounds requests
- Utilities
